FACEBOOK "Experts" SPOLIATE (damaged or destroyed) Evidence-ZUCKERBERG risks lose of Facebook, Inc.
On 11/01/2011 in court filings in PAUL CEGLIA v. MARK ELLIOT ZUCKERBERG and FACEBOOK, Inc. Paul Ceglia's attorney Dean Boland filed a motion for terminating sanctions against Facebook because Facebook's Forensic Experts are alleged to of damaged or destroyed the main piece of disputed evidence in the case.
