In filings in the Ceglia Zuckerberg contract case made public yesterday, two of the nation’s leading document examination experts, Larry Stewart and Jim Blanco, filed sworn statements containing their preliminary findings authenticating the Ceglia Zuckerberg contract.  In this contract, Mr. Zuckerberg gave Mr. Ceglia a 50% share in Facebook in exchange for an early stage investment by Mr. Ceglia of several thousand dollars.  This is in line with Mr. Zuckerberg’s published agreement with early stage investor Eduardo Saverin whom he gave a 30% share in Facebook for $1,000 near the same time.  You will recall that Mr. Zuckerberg later swindled Saverin out of that 30% share and was sued by him for that conduct.  The case eventually settled out of court......."

On 11/01/2011 in court filings in PAUL CEGLIA v. MARK ELLIOT ZUCKERBERG and FACEBOOK, Inc. Paul Ceglia's attorney Dean Boland filed a motion for terminating sanctions against Facebook because Facebook's Forensic Experts are alleged to of damaged or destroyed the main piece of disputed evidence in the case.
